2. What data we process and why

When you send an enquiry via the website form we process the data you enter: name, email, phone (optional), arrival and departure dates, accommodation, number of guests, message and language. To protect against abuse (spam) we also store a one-way hashed value of your IP address and the time of submission.

Purpose: answering your enquiry and arranging your stay or service. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

When you order in the online shop we process: name, email, phone, delivery address, optionally company name and VAT ID for the invoice, ordered products, delivery and payment method, notes and language. Purpose: performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and issuing invoices under tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). The basket contents are stored only in your browser until the order is placed.

3. Retention

Enquiry data is kept as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and at most 2 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting rules once a booking is made). Order data is kept for 2 years after delivery (complaints and liability for conformity); invoices for 10 years after the end of the year they relate to, as required by tax law.

4. Processors and recipients

Data is stored on the servers of the website hosting provider in the EU. A notification of a new enquiry or order is sent to the controller’s email address (email provider of the controller). If you choose delivery by post, your name, address and phone number are passed to Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. for delivery. If you consent to external content, the OpenStreetMap map (OpenStreetMap Foundation) and the Bentral availability calendar (Bentral) are loaded, and these providers receive your IP address. We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling (Art. 22 GDPR). Send requests to tk.vrbnjak@gmail.com.
