2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases in the online shop on this website. By placing an order the customer confirms that they have read and accept these terms. The contract language is Slovenian.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

Add products to the basket, choose a delivery and payment method, enter your details and confirm with the “Place order with obligation to pay” button. Before submitting you can review and correct all entries. After submission you receive an automatic email acknowledgement; the contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order (by email or phone). Orders are stored electronically by the seller and are available to the customer on request.

The seller may refuse an order that cannot be fulfilled under these terms (e.g. the product is out of stock or delivery details are incomplete); the customer is informed and any payment is refunded. The acknowledgement of receipt is not an order confirmation. If you do not receive it (check your spam folder), write to tk.vrbnjak@gmail.com.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is placed. The price valid at the time of the order applies. Quantities are for personal use only.

5. Payment

• Bank transfer (pro forma invoice) – the payment details are sent by email. With Post of Slovenia delivery, goods are dispatched after the payment is received.
• Cash on collection / delivery – only for collection at the farm or our personal delivery.

Cash on delivery via Post of Slovenia is not possible, as the products could lose quality if kept at unsuitable temperatures for too long.

6. Delivery

Delivery is possible within the Republic of Slovenia only.

Post of Slovenia – postage is calculated automatically from the total parcel weight (product weight including packaging):

• up to 2 kg: €4.50
• 2–5 kg: €6.50
• over 5 kg: €10.00

For orders over €100.00 postage is free. We dispatch on working days (not on weekends or public holidays): orders paid by 1 pm are dispatched the same day, later ones the next working day. Delivery time is 3–5 working days except in exceptional circumstances; you will be informed of any longer period. Delivery usually takes one working day after dispatch; delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control. If the parcel has to be sent again (e.g. it was not collected), the new postage is charged.

Collection at the farm – Kuršinci 19, 9243 Mala Nedelja, by arrangement, free of charge.

Personal delivery – once a week along Ptuj–Maribor–Sl. Bistrica–Celje and Domžale–Ljubljana–Mengeš. We contact you after the order to agree the time and price of delivery, paid in cash on delivery against a receipt.

7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by sending an unambiguous statement (e.g. the form below) to tk.vrbnjak@gmail.com or Kuršinci 19, 9243 Mala Nedelja. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the notice; the direct cost of return is borne by the consumer. We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice, using the same payment method; we may withhold the refund until the goods are returned.

Under Article 43.č of ZVPot-1 the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life (fresh vegetables, vacuum-packed meat products, lard and zaseka), nor to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (opened jars and bottles). Unopened jars and bottles may be returned.

8. Conformity of goods and complaints

The seller is liable for the conformity of goods under ZVPot-1. Please report damaged, spoiled or non-conforming products as soon as possible and no later than two months after discovering the defect, preferably with a photo, to tk.vrbnjak@gmail.com or +386 31 705 646. We will replace the product, reduce the price or refund the payment; justified return costs are borne by the seller. We respond to complaints within 8 working days.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

We try to resolve disputes amicably. The seller does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; for cross-border advice consumers can contact the European Consumer Centre Slovenia (www.epc.si). The competent court is the court in Slovenia.
